Every morning when you wake up, your eyes open, you have just a few seconds to decide what kind of day you're going to have. You want to choose life and victory and power and overcoming. But the reality is that the first thoughts that tend to come into our mind, according to studies, are 90% negative. We're gonna change the way we wake up.
We're gonna change what we're thinking, what we're feeling, what we're experiencing by beginning to program our mind for victory every morning. There are seven affirmations you must speak, inspired by Myron Golden. I'm gonna share my seven affirmations with you today.
One, I walk in the fullness of my purpose. I'm not confused. I'm created on purpose, with purpose. For a purpose. I'm on a divine assignment. There is nothing random about me, about my life, about my place in life. I am deliberately set in this moment, in this time, in this situation. I have authority, and today I choose my purpose.
Two, today, I walk in authority. I take authority over my day, I dominate my time. I don't ask where time went. I tell time where to go. I set the day. I choose purpose over problems and discipline over distraction and fleshy desire. I choose authority over anxiety and peace over perplexity. I'll see God at work today. I'll see what he's up to and notice his hand. I walk in that purpose, and I am intentional.
Three, I speak life. I use my words to create worlds. I do not use my words to report what has transpired, what went wrong, or what I think will go wrong. I create the world that I want with my words. I speak life. I speak victory. I realize that my words are powerful, and I will walk in abundance because I speak life.
Four, I attract favor. Favor chases me. Goodness and mercy chase me. Doors open for me. Opportunity looks for me. I don't show up with my hat in hand. I know who I am. I won't play small. I won't shrink. I won't forget that I'm chosen. I am authoritative. I am anointed. I am created by God. And I choose and I expect favor.
Five, I am strong and I am healthy. I am whole, and divine energy flows through my body. Nothing lacking, nothing broken, nothing missing. My cells, my blood, my muscles, my bones, my nervous system, my circulatory system, my joints and ligaments. All of the organs in my body are infused with God's divine health and wholeness. I am strong. I am healthy. I am powerful.
Six, no weapon formed against me will prosper. Every formed attack will submit to Jesus. I'm covered by his blood. I'm protected by his shield of favor. Opposition is simply confirmation that I'm on the right path. I don't allow intimidation to keep me from pursuing my purpose. And finally, no weapon formed against me will prosper.
Seven. I walk in divine love. I forgive quickly, freely, and fully. I do not allow bitterness to take root in my heart. I line up my perspective with the word of God and recognize I have everything I need to win today. I do not give power to others. I don't give people power over my mind or my attitude. I walk in divine love. I choose an attitude that pleases God and brings me success, an attitude that brings me joy and peace.
These are the seven affirmations I make every morning. I line my thoughts up with the word of God. I line my feelings up with the word of God, and I remember that motivation follows action. I don't wait to feel like it. I don't wait till I decide that I'm ready to speak these affirmations. I speak to them the moment I wake up. I do this because I know. That as I take authority over my day, my day, my attitude will submit to me and to the Lord Jesus Christ. I'll not be a victim of the day. Instead, I'll be a leader. I lead myself. I take charge. I know who I am and where I'm going, and these are the activations I speak over my life. They're not just affirmations, they're activations to help me reach my goals.
